Andiccio24 needed an engineering overhaul to turn their basic frontend into a high-yield, low-friction transactional platform.
As a high-volume, multi-location brand in the fast-casual food delivery space, Andiccio24 relies heavily on a highly available digital ordering engine. However, forced consumer registration prior to checkout introduced immediate transaction friction, creating severe bottlenecks that lowered conversion rates.
Furthermore, rigid backend menu configurations made scaling across various fulfillment streams—like home delivery, curbside pickup, and dine-in—incredibly difficult. They required a robust infrastructure capable of capturing the mobile commerce segment without sacrificing speed or operational efficiency.
SIVOXI engineered a multi-tiered digital ecosystem upgrade using a modern PHP and MySQL backend architecture. We removed transaction barriers and built an optimized framework to drive sales and streamline operational logistics.

We restructured authentication logic to allow uninterrupted guest menu browsing and product customization. Complex cart data is seamlessly carried forward to checkout without forcing users to create an account.
A multi-modal data-fetching gateway was engineered to accelerate loading speeds across desktop and mobile. This custom API handles dynamic menu data management, cart processing, and real-time order validation.
The checkout seamlessly evaluates store profiles and routes transaction data directly into AlohaPos or IdealPos. Automated logistics dispatches are also triggered immediately via secure webhooks to the Loop delivery engine.
Intelligent product recommendation logic was embedded directly into the core order path. It queries databases in real-time to generate contextual add-ons and visuals within the user's cart modification viewport.
Achieved by introducing a streamlined guest checkout flow and completely removing the mandatory account creation barrier.
